温泉もすばらしかつたし、施設もきれい、個人的にはすぐそばに大型スーパーがあつたり、マクドナルド、TULLY'S COFFEEもあり、駅から歩いて20分くらいだが、とても便利に感じた。 漫画ルームもあり、コインランドリーもあり、とても便利で楽しめた。、何よりも朝の朝食ビッフエがおいしかった。 おかずも種類がたくさん有り、パンもおいしかつた。 ルームウエア、タオル、スマホの充電器もあり、身軽で行ける。 次回も又利用したい。

Poor service ; never go again

We requested twin bed rooms with wheelchair facilities before our arrival MONTHS in advance. Upon check-in, we were given tatami rooms with stairs inside. That was discrimination against our disabilities. The manager told us no rooms were available for us and in exchange, she instructed us to go to the West Route Inn on the same street (cheaper rooms). When we checked in to the West Route Inn, we were requested to pay as walk-in guests. We then went back to Gramd Route Inn confronting the same manager who to,d us no refund could be made.
