Fantastic Country Home "Villa Lina" with Large Pool, Terrace, Garden & Wi-Fi

Situated on the tranquil outskirts of Chiclana de la Frontera, the charming country house Villa Lina sits on a large plot of land with a beautiful pool and is only a short drive from the beach. With rustic architectural details and comfortable furnishings, the rural holiday home consists of a spacious, open-plan living/dining room with an integrated, well-equipped kitchen and a cosy fireplace, 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed and 2 with 2 single beds each) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a washing machine and a television. The highlight of the property is the expansive outdoor area which includes a large, refreshing 32 m2 pool, a terrace equipped for sunbathing and relaxing beneath the sun, as well as a 100 m2 garden with native plants and towering palm trees, where you will also find a swing for children between the trees. There is additionally a barbecue and a covered, outdoor dining area, where you can prepare and enjoy delicious meals together on mild summer evenings. Several restaurants, a pharmacy and a small market are 300 m from the property. Downtown Chiclana de la Frontera - with its plethora of shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and cultural activities - is 4.6 km or an 8-minute drive away. The popular, sandy beach Playa de la Barrosa, which stretches along the Spanish coast for 6 km, is only 10 km or a 16-minute drive from your front door. Cádiz is about 30 km away.



There is a total of 4 parking spots on the property - 2 of these are covered spots.

For stays of one week or more, someone will manage the maintenance of the swimming pool and garden.

Parties and groups of young people are not allowed.

People outside the reservation will not be able to access the property.
