Located in Residencial Jardín Golf 2, this flat is ideal to enjoy a relaxing holiday with friends or family. The exterior has a communal swimming pool perfect for cooling off on sunny days with dimensions of 17m x 10x and a depth ranging from 1.10m to 1.95h.. It is surrounded by a garden with lawn and an outdoor shower for your comfort. In addition, the little ones can enjoy a paddling pool with a diameter of 5.5m and a depth of 0m to 0.5m, specially designed for their safety and fun.

The flat is located on the first floor, which is accessed by stairs. Outside, there is a small terrace furnished with table and chairs, a perfect place to relax while enjoying a nice evening with your companions. Inside you will find a living-dining room, equipped with AC, Smart TV and a sofa bed for one of the guests. The ceramic hob kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board for your convenience. When it's time to sleep, there are two bedrooms. The first has a double bed and the second has a trundle bed with two single beds, perfect for both children and adults. Both bedrooms have a wardrobe and a fan for the hottest nights. A bathroom with shower completes your stay. Please note that there is no cot or highchair available.

The flat has a privileged location to enjoy the coast of Cadiz. In just 5 minutes by car you can reach the beach of La Barrosa with its fine golden sand and crystal clear waters. Here you can relax in the sun, take a refreshing swim or enjoy activities such as paddle surfing or kayaking. There is also a wide range of restaurants, bars and beach bars where you can sample the delicious Andalusian cuisine. If you wish to explore further, a 15 minute drive will take you to the centre of Chiclana de la Frontera, a town with a charming historic centre, lively squares and places of interest such as the Church of San Juan Bautista or the Museum of Chiclana. You can also visit a local winery to discover the famous wines of the region.

The swimming pool is available from Easter week until the 12th of October from 10:00h to 22:00h.
