đłđ For non-Airbnb bookings, a credit card hold is required as a deposit. This is automatically released after checkout if no damages occur.

đđ For local guests, weâll call to verify the reservation before check-in. Google Voice or service numbers are not accepted, and we reserve the right to cancel such bookings.

Cancellations receive a 96% refund. A 4% cancellation fee applies based on the total reservation amount.
