This place in my opinion the nicest motel in Chico. They offer a wonderful breakfast buffet and have year round access to hot tub and heated pool amoung other perks. Worth the little extra if you enjoy these perks.

Room was spotless. Man at the front desk was extremely welcoming and helpful. Breakfast buffet was very good and convenient. It is nice they allow paying guests to invite others to come join them for free. Amenities were very good. Wireless service worked. Only quibble was that I didn't know whether there was housekeeping service every day--there wasn't. Having someone else make your bed is a luxury but I understand economics of it.

Clean room, good layout. I’ve stayed here previously. I would say the beds and especially the bedding need to be replaced. The pillows are really lumpy and actually not comfortable at all. I would stay here again, but only if I brought my own pillows.
