A Christmas Story!

Noisy with a cup of bad coffee
Publié le 14 nov. 2023 sur HotelsThe check in was fast and easy, however the room they gave us was right next to the freeway off ramp. 25/8 traffic noise complete with nightly lights and sirens!
Breakfast wasn't great. I would bring your own coffee for the room it was pretty bad.
Room would have been rated higher if it were in a different location.

Thank you for your feedback. I truly apologize that your room was noisy. While it is true our hotel is located near the freeway, the road noise is generally much quieter. In regards to the in-room coffee, I'm happy to report we will be refreshing our beverage options at the beginning of 2024. I hope you will give us the opportunity to provide a superior lodging experience on your next visit.
