Couldn't ask for better!

Loved it! Quiet, very clean, comfortable, and my favorite part was the water stations just outside my door and throughout the place. Conveniently located near market and a great breakfast! Don't stay in Chihuahua often, but will definitely revisit this place if I'm in the area again (or their sister hotels in other towns).

Hotel stuff are friendly and supportive but almost nobody can't speak good English so if you can't speak Spanish I won't recommend!!!

I wouldn’t stay again

It’s relatively nice in the lobby. I needed to get to sleep and the room was open airing out when I checked in. It smelled of mold inside and I proceeded to have a nice acute allergic reaction to mold the next two days, followed by a sinus infection. Staying here significantly impaired my trip to Chihuahua and Guadalajara. I wouldn’t consider staying again. The staff was friendly, but the room made me ill.

Puntos a mejorar

Es importante mejorar las almohadas ya que estaban sumamente duras. El cuarto de Baño recién remodelado, se agradece esto beneficio. Un pequeño problema con el único tomacorriente existente, tuve problemas para poder cargar el celular y usar el equipo de cómputo..
