This is supposed to be a resort? One soap for entire cabin, two thin pillows on queen bed, thin towels, long list of instructions given about septic, electronics, etc. No one available after 8:00 to help with small issues like overly complicated TV, which never worked. This was more like camping than staying at a resort.

We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay. If you needed anything additional for your cabin we would have provided it if you would have asked. We also provide an after hours number to all of our guests if there are any issues after 8pm. Our GM always answers these calls or calls right back to assist as best she can, no matter the time.

I stayed in a great little cabin that had everything I needed. There is a store onsite if you need to pick up anything. Close to Crater Lake, I will absolutely be back.

Enjoyed the one night stay and room was close to crater lake NP. Room comes with full kitchen and the Indian themed interior design was also unique.

Could have been perfect if heater was quiet

What a gem
Posted Oct. 27, 2023 on HotelsCrater Lake Resort was such a gem! The property was overall clean & we loved our cute little cabin. We really enjoyed the amenities provided at the resort including a canoe, a small walking trail, corn hole, horseshoes, plus grills & fire pits. We had such a relaxing stay here & enjoyed the close proximity to Crater Lake.

We needed more blankets.
