We are located just a little over a 1/2 mile to Assateague Island National Park, Chincoteague Wildlife Refuge, the infamous wild ponies & the Lighthouse. This 2 Bedroom, 1.5 Bath Villa sleeps 6 and features a full kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, dishes and drinkware, toaster, coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and oven. To make your trip to paradise even easier, we've included bed and bath linens, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap. Your Villa provides 2 parking spaces.

Complimentary washers & dryers are located on property. Heated indoor pool is open April thru November.

Wonderful place to stay

The friendliness of staff and extras make the stay on Chincoteague amazing and feels like home away from home. Nice clean room. Easy check in and check out. Nice safe area, easy to walk or bike around from

Absolutely amazing A-plus service! What a special place on such a special island. Its Chincoteague, so expect simple, clean, and tons of fun. The amenities at The Reef are amazing, and the value for the money cannot be beat! We love The Reef Villas and cottages and we plan on returning often. Thank you so much to Vivian and Christian for making our trip so absolutely perfect!

Teen family friendly

Clean and well-stocked. Fresh linens and pillows enough for all of us. Staff was very friendly and available. Everything felt like it was walking distance very close to the entrance of the beach at the time I would definitely book again.

Lacking for price

Coffee pot but no coffee, property owner should have something in place for the mosquitoes. Upstairs beds were comfortable, but the pillows sucked. We had to go to family dollar and buy pillows, downstairs couch bed was not comfortable and only had one pillow. Should have more information about things to do. We had to find the beach. Where were the 2 maui jack passes? Vague regarding the bike rental, I just basically picked one and rode it. Ed was nice and available. Enjoyed the ponies. For the price, I expected a little better, wouldn’t stay here again and wish I’d gone with the Bluffing Bungalow.

Fun time

Definitely would stay at dove Winds Resort again. Indoor pool was warm and very clean. Manager said they are remodeling areas to update facility.
