New Rental ! More Photos and information coming soon. Cozy pet friendly cottage, with 2 bedroom and 1 bath. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and queen sleeper sofa in living room. Within walking distance to Memorial Park and boat launch.

Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid.  If less, then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. Needs some TLC. & repairs. Wi-if was not reliable. TV’s did not work. Side storm door hinges need fixing. Nice big yard.

Great Stay at the Salty Sailor

The Salty Sailor was an excellent, affordable, and pet friendly rental. Nice location on ridge rd next to Mr Baldys which is a must to try if you stay here. The rooms are a bit older but maintained well. I didn’t experience any of the conditions that were listed in the other reviews here. We would certainly stay here again.

Convenient, but VERY dirty

The property is all one floor which is nice. Kitchen was adequate. Quiet. Sadly though it was extremely dirty. I don’t think anyone has mopped the floors in a long time. The vacuum cleaner was either broken or needed some maintenance, could not effectively clean as requested at end of stay. There is a broom but was also in bad shape. Realize this is a very budget friendly with no bells and whistles but that shouldn’t preclude a little cleanliness..

Carter family vacation

We absolutely love the salty sailor beach house, upon arrival the place was very clean! Spacious and just made it feel like we walked in to our temporary home for the week! The stay was amazing! The yard was nice to relax in play football, the grill was clean everything was perfect !
