Not 3 star material
Publié le 18 févr. 2024 sur HotelsDefinitely wouldn't consider this a 3 star hotel more like a 2.5. Everything about the continental breakfast was extremely processed & undesirable. Rooms were fairly clean but the bathroom could use a deep clean or updating the grout & cauling was pretty dingy & dirty looking. A lot of noise from other guests @ all times of the day/night.

Hello Rick, I sincerely apologize that you did not find our hotel acceptable. If there are any suggestions you could make to help us improve our breakfast, we would love to hear them, keeping in mind that we do not have a kitchen or restaurant license, just a convection oven and microwave. I did take a look at the room that you stayed in and I'm unsure what you are referring to with the grout and caulking. The tile grout is beige on white tile, I guess it could seem like it was dirty. The caulking does get replaced occasionally as needed and I will speak with our Maintenance Engineer about that. I also apologize for the other guests, it was a very busy hockey tournament weekend and we try hard to control the noise, but it can be difficult with so many teams in the hotel. Again, we apologize for our shortcomings and we will try harder in the future.
