First off I was awoke at 4am by a snow plow slamming his blade on the ground at least 5-6 time's and then when i went to take a shower the curtain wouldn't stay in the shower which in turn ended up flooding the whole bathrokm and half the room areanot once but twice and the front desk person didn't seem to carw she just brought us extra towels to soak up the water
