Front desk manager said breakfast is available in morning went down in morning it was all dark nothing set up it was well past 7am on a week day

Relaxing trip to get away. The clerk came and helped me set up my dvd player, he was very helpful.

Fine room not sure if tub is cleaned so we cleaned it ourselves after finding brown gunk. Heater broken and it's 25°F outside so it's a bit chilly without the jet tub turned on.

Not so super

The only redeeming quality this hotel had was that the gentleman working the front desk was friendly. When we first entered our room it was easily 90 degrees. We immediately opened the window (it was -5 outside) it took at least 3 hours for our room temp to feel comfortable. There were hairs on our sheets and pillows, the carpet was dirty and the whole place had a strange overpowering smell.

the wall heater didn’t work- it was literally like 50 Degrees in room. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the dispenser in the shower. All the staff was not necessarily rude, she was not friendly at all.
