Hébergement réservés pour 3 adultes. Prevenu de l'arrivage tardive. Le personnels nous a donne une chambre pour 2 adultes. Non satisfait. Non respet de la reservation

Great central location, very good food and drink options on site. Staff were excellent. Would recommend.

Rock hard beds and long waiting time for elevator

The beds were hard. I never had a bed that hard in Europe. I stayed 3 nights and 3 times I asked the reception for putting some blankets to soften the bed a bit, they never did it. The brakefast was ok, but just one person to make coffee for all guests. It could be difficult to get a coffee in the morning. There were just two elevators and you had to wait a long time to get up and down. There were no alternatives with stairs. The hotel is way too expensive compared to what you get. Choose a better and cheaper hotel around the corner.

Hotel is dirty, not protected from noise, you can hear even calm talking of neighbours. Cheap and understandable pillows. But the most important very rude stuff on reception. Administrator ignores all the asking to improve staying. Also they tried to let me pay bill from restaurant with other person signature. The worst hotel I ever stayed
