Nous avions rĂ©servĂ© un appart‑hĂŽtel Ă  la rĂ©sidence Aristo Luxury Beach du 27 au 31 dĂ©cembre pour 4 personnes (2 adultes, 2 enfants), sur la base d’une annonce indiquant clairement une capacitĂ© de couchage pour quatre et montrant des photos flatteuses et rassurantes. DĂšs notre arrivĂ©e, nous avons constatĂ© que la rĂ©alitĂ© Ă©tait radicalement diffĂ©rente et que le logement Ă©tait totalement impropre Ă  l’hĂ©bergement d’une famille. ‱ Le lit principal ne permet tout simplement pas de dormir Ă  quatre, contrairement Ă  ce qui avait Ă©tĂ© affirmĂ© par le loueur qui a explicitement prĂ©tendu le contraire. ‱ Le sofa servant de lit d’appoint Ă©tait tachĂ©, extrĂȘmement sale, visiblement non nettoyĂ© depuis longtemps. ‱ L’appartement Ă©tait insalubre : cafards traversant sous le dressing, cheveux et traces suspectes sur le matelas, et suspicion de punaises de lit, rendant le couchage dangereux et inacceptable. ‱ L’état gĂ©nĂ©ral (propretĂ©, entretien, literie) Ă©tait trĂšs loin de ce que laisse entendre l’annonce, qui est Ă  nos yeux trompeuse et mensongĂšre. Face Ă  ces conditions indignes, nous avons dĂ©cidĂ© de ne pas dormir une seule nuit dans l’établissement, afin de protĂ©ger notre famille. Nous avons dĂ» trouver en urgence un autre hĂ©bergement Ă  nos frais, alors mĂȘme que ce sĂ©jour avait Ă©tĂ© intĂ©gralement payĂ© Ă  l’avance. Ce logement ne correspond en rien aux standards minimaux de propretĂ© et de sĂ©curitĂ© attendus, encore moins pour une famille avec enfants. futurs voyageurs, cet Ă©tablissement est Ă  fuir
