Plumbing was odd RH hot and LH hot on different devices Don't like milk powder in tea or coffee Don't like those small tabs of soap. Very good advice on where to eat in the evening locally. A dated property but comfortable.

Property is clean & well maintained. Beds are really comfortable, towels & linens are good quality... like new. Kitchenette is complete & has literally everything that we need. It is also very close to many dining options ...a short 3-10min walking distance! Hosts are also v.friendly & helpful. I truly like this motel & for the price, its a no brainer. Highly recommended !!

This motel was cleaned quite well, but you had to walk over dog poop (some was old, old) to walk to your vehicle. Also the bed was uncomfortable - decor very old. The kitchen and bathroom were newer.

A bit dated, with the spanish arches going back 30 years. But very spacious and clean. A bit noisy over the weekend. However I liked it. Super value and good staff. Recommend. I stayed over two weeks, and would stay again. Mike

Very handy to food and various little shops on Lincoln road - only a few minutes walk. Also only a few minutes drive to Westfield mall in Riccarton. Being on a main arterial route very easy to get to other places and areas in Christchurch. One small thing to note: you cannot turn right out of this place - you will need to turn left and either find somewhere to U turn or get Google or navigation to redirect. Motel itself decent, clean and gentleman who checked me in and showed me the room very helpful. Room was serviced daily with clean towels. Plenty of parking.

Good value

Great value spacious and clean. Definitely not the fanciest motel out there but for the price it was absolutely perfect. A great place if you’re on a budget with a family. And the staff are lovely.

Stated here a few times now. The owners are friendly and welcoming and so are most of the house keepers. Warm tidy room etc and quite affordable. Could do with new beds and bedding though 🙂
