Along with a restaurant, there's a snack bar/deli on site. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. You'll find a business center on site.
Public spaces have free WiFi. A library, a terrace, and a vending machine are also featured at the family-friendly Urbanz - Hostel. Self parking is free.
Urbanz is located in the centre of the city, so all city facilities are within walking distance. Yet, no noises from the outside world find their way inside. Kitchen is well equipped, showers and toilets are plenty and clean. Beds are comfortable.
The place is in a great location, super close to downtown, very walkable. However the room was not what we had booked, the pictures and room were quite different. the room felt very unsafe, no windows or air flow, and the small skylight was another story from the roof. Overall didnt enjoy our stay.
Did like being transferred to a quieter, larger ensuite room by very thoughtful staff. Hated initially being in the small ensuite opposite one of the main bathrooms with noisy banging doors going late into the night. This is a dud room.
Godt sovevĂŠrelse, jeg kunne godt lide sengen og sengetĂžjet. Skabet var som sĂŠdvanligt ikke stort nok til min store kuffert. Ellers ret store. KĂž til bruseren. Nemt at finde. De holdt, hvad de lovede.
Got refused as id got left behind was allowed to stay had to find alternative accommodation at xtra xspence and trying to get refund was bad didnât end up receiving my 129$ complete rip off staff where rude unhelpful and disrespectful worst service ever will be takeing this as far as I can to let people know off the worst service ever shame on you
The staff was friendly, and the property was in a good location, and pretty clean for a hostel. The room had a harsh smell (paint/chemical), and was located next to a door for a stairwell. Every time the door closed there was a very loud click. This happened half a dozen times an hour. Knowing how loud that door is, they should have placed a storage room here instead of somewhere someone is supposed to sleep. I had earplugs in, and was still woken up by the loud click.
The receptionist man needs lessons in communication
(They had a problem with providing the required passes for car parking .)
However we ultimately enjoyed our time there ( though the partitition walls were not acoustic and the fire door from the kitchen shrieked whenever it was used through the night )
We were quite disgusted to see someone elseâs hair on our pillows upon check in. The walls are so thin you can clearly hear everything thatâs going on around you and the shower I chose was broken. We were told there was free parking but it was a 10 min walk away in the rain with our belongings. We did like that it was close to a lot of bars and dining options though.
