Even though there’s dining and shopping around, the hotel is peaceful and quiet. I was well rested when I left.

I can’t believe I paid $200 a night for this hotel. Found hairs in the shower. Toilet paper wasn’t replaced from previous guest. Walls were paper thin. I could clearly hear the tv & conversation of other guests. The elevator was not working the entirety of the stay. Overall, the property is very rundown. Also, this Caravelle isn’t affiliated with the one in Myrtle B. Good location & kind staff. Wouldn’t stay here again

Perfect location!

Great location. The hotel is by the boardwalk, close to restaurants, shops and bars. The hotel is clean, it has a pool and paid to park parking. The staff is phenomenal.

The staff is amazing and very helpful. Specially Mrs. Hillarine Joseph who gave us the warmest welcome ever to a hotel. Very carismatic and she even sang happy birthday to my husband. This trip was his Bday gift and we really enjoy the mega convenience location of this place, with access in just a minute to the shops, restaurants, charters boats, and a really comfy room, nice A/C and amenities. I highly recommend this place on your first or next visit to St. Croix.

I love how everyone was so nice upon arrival, servers letting me try different foods, and having events at the time of my stay. I enjoyed every bit of my stay. From an island girl to visit another island, I will be back sooner than later! The foods were delicious! I love St. Croix along with Hotel Caravelle!

Not what I expected. Promoted Breakfast vouchers with booking and upon arrival they told us we have to pay for them. Very misleading. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything. The air conditioner didn’t work well and the windows don’t open. They promote the hotel like it’s elegant but when you arrive you have to go through an alley to get to the reception office. It’s not elegant and more of a low budget stay. View is very nice but apparently someone was shot and killed right next to the hotel on the board walk so they were having a tribute this weekend. Watch your back and be safe.

Very kind and resourceful staff. However, once elevator service and repair weren't available, it changed the tone of our vacation . We had to plan when and what to carry, how to avoid steps as much as possible, etc. The Staff members were exceptional and sensitive to almost all our needs
