Caribbean Condo 3 With Pool with a View, and AC

A great condo unit in the heart of Christiansted. Clean, equipped with essentials and in the lower level. Centrally located condo unit with AC, wifi and swimming pool on site. It's a walking distance to the beach, grocery, restaurant and a few minutes drive to downtown Christiansted. There is a laundry on site and private parking. The complex is gated and secured. For someone new to the island, this is a great location to get to the different spots and necessities. The condo complex is in a quiet location and the complex is well maintained.
There's AC in the whole unit- a must in the Caribbean! Cable TV and Netflix/Amazon Prime are available in the unit. A Queen size bed with comfortable mattress and fresh and clean linens and extra pillows.
Bathroom has the basic essentials like shampoo, conditioner, soap and towels. Beach chairs, cooler and floaters are available too.
Kitchen is equipped with essentials- electric stove, toaster oven, pots and pans microwave, coffeemaker, fridge and cooking essentials.
We are about 15 minutes away from the condo so you can call us anytime for any needs or questions. Enjoy our beautiful island.
We do not provide airport pick up. Please take a taxi or rent a car.

Communication with owner is good. Need to improve cleanliness of bathroom, balcony. Some dust in lamps. Shampoo, conditioner very low no shower soap. There is a kitchenette and overall good. Coffee maker and coffee available. Overall not.bad but could be better.

Very good host

Host was very helpful and prompt. I accidentally locked myself out and host quickly came and unlocked door for me. Also appreciated having coffee, sugar and some spices in unit when I arrived.

On a budget.

We needed to stay somewhere for couple of days and this place was less expensive and available. Owner was polite and understanding and the property was clean and ready for us. It is a studio apartment. Has a balcony. Located at first floor. There is a beach nearby. Good for short stays.

Studio in Orange Grove area of Christiansted

The studio quarters was a cozy space which was was all the two of us needed to be comfortable. It's location was close to town and a grocery store, and well positioned to travel the island. In addition, everyone we encountered associated with the condo complex was friendly.

Good location, very close to Christiansted.

The condo facility is older, but well maintained. The landscaping is beautiful! It's a gated complex, which gave us a little more peace of mind about our belongings when we weren't in the room. The room was well stocked with toilet paper, soap, lotion, towels, kitchen dishes. It also has a hairdryer and coffee maker. It was very clean and Joanna was extremely friendly and helpful! Tip for the island in general, but also this location: bring or buy bug spray! The mosquitoes are vicious! Even with bug spray, I'm taking home about 39 bugbite souvenirs.

Wonderful Host

Joanna was a delight to work with. Everything was done with ease and she was even able to help me with the unexpected extension of my stay, which was very nice from her part to accommodate me. The condos are very nice and the location was perfect as well. Thanks again Joanna, for making my stay back home such an amazing pleasure.

Love St. Croix

Listing was accurate. The only issue we had was getting to Sugar Beach the parking lot said no beach parking and we couldn’t find anyplace to park and didn’t feel comfortable parking at the condos next to it so we just found another beach which isn’t difficult in St. Croix!!

Good base to relax and explore the island. Disappointed that the pool was not heated and cold. Don't miss a turtle island snorkling tour.
