Nestled in the hillside just north of Christiansted with a gorgeous view of Buck Island, enjoy indoor/outdoor living, relaxing on the balcony or by the pool. When you have had your fill, head to one of the islandâs pristine beaches, to one of the many restaurants on island, or to Christiansted for shopping!
The living space, featuring a beautiful, vaulted ceiling and mini split air conditioning is open concept with a new sofa bed, dining room set for 6, island in the kitchen, and new office furniture. The large kitchen has new dishes, pots and pans, and baking pans to suit everyone's needs. The Master bedroom features a new king bed, newdresser and bureau, new mattress and box spring, new linens, an ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. The second bedroom has a new queen bed and new full size bed, both with new mattresses and box springs, built in drawers and 2 closets. The main full bathroom is across the hall. Both bedrooms have vaulted ceilings and mini split air conditioning. On the balcony is a gas grill, a dining table that seats 6, and a new outdoor sofa and chair with an ottoman to sit, eat, and have a beverage while comfortably enjoying the views of Buck Island, Green Cay and the lush hillside.
The pool area, with it's large deck area, new loungers, and outdoor furniture may be shared with other guests if the lower level is rented out at the same time.
If you need more space, the lower level is available for an additional cost. There is another master bedroom and another guest bedroom, 2 full baths, a kitchen, and the living space features a full size pool table for more entertainment!
All outdoor areas are open to guests, including an acre of land where you may see a family of deer or peacocks that live in the area and are routinely seen walking through or grazing on the grass in the field.
