The room was very clean but that's the only positive point. Very dark, noisy and humid room, the ice machine was broken and it seemed they had no intention to repair it. The bathtub had a huge crack in the bottom, god knows how much water is leaking from it. The room wasn't done even once over 5 days. The towels were not replaced. The AC makes so much noise that it's almost impossible to use. Overall quite expensive for what it truly is.

The man at the counter was kind. Everything else was terrible. Photos online are misleading, the area is terrible, the hotel itself dirty, we felt unsafe and stayed somewhere else. When asked what could be done as far as a refund, I was told they do no such thing for any reason.

DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!

The kid at the front desk had no idea what he was doing. The rooms were dusty, a/c filter needs to be changed, toilet was dirty, under the toilet seat there were urine stains, a roach in the bathroom, refrigerator didn’t work, and microwave was dirty.

This was the worst hotel to have ever stayed in. Not sure how Expedia is even associated and promoting this property, let alone how it got such a high rating from other reviewers. There was dried blood on the sheets, the bathroom was covered in mold, there was a 1 inch gap between the top of my door and the door frame, the room smelled like weed despite being smoke-free, and when we turned on the AC it was blowing air that smelled like urine. We barely slept and left after 1 night into our 3 night reservation. Horrific.
