Front desk staff was kind and helpful. The room was clean. The pillows were fluffy. I was very happy that the air conditioning unit was a newer model. It was in the wall in the bathroom so the noise wasn't as noticeable, cooled things down quicker, had a remote and was easy to figure out. There was damage to the electric outlets. Only the one in the bathroom worked. The coffee provided made very weak bland coffee.

I had originally booked just Friday night, but wanted to add Saturday night to avoid a 3 hour late night drive after a long day. I made a mistake booking the second night, and has to reach out to my booking agency to resolve that issue. Once I had verified with my agent, I went down down to verify it with the front desk. They assured me i had the same room for both nights. Went i returned to the hotel around 8 pm i found my key didn’t work and lights on in the room. The front desk confirmed they had rented my room out, saying my booking agents canceled it. They had no other rooms forcing me to have to drive 3 hours home after a very long day.

I had a reservation for tonight. I arrived at 3 PM to check in time to find out that they had canceled my reservation because they needed rooms. What in the world is the point in having a reservation? The lady was kind of rude about it stating simply they were sold out and needed the rooms and that supposedly someone tried to call me earlier in the day to see if I still wanted my reservation, which not only did I not receive any calls, but is certainly not the standard in the hotel industry to call someone while they’re traveling and ask if they still want their reservation that they made. They argued back-and-forth a few times ultimately, she gave me a room for the price that I was originally booked for, but I wouldn’t stay here again based solely on that interaction & apparent policy regarding reservations
