The staff should not make promises they don’t keep they were supposed to call me so I can get my room early, I had a funeral to attend and didn’t know what time I would be back to check in. They promised they would call me. I called once to check. They said they had my phone number and they never did call me.

I am so surprised of stealing my SKII Pitera. I put it on the restroom table and requested for cleaning up my bedsheet. The cost of SKII Pitera is around $400 per bottle. The cleaner was pretty smart to steal the half of liquid and put the water back into the bottle. I know how much I have used on my cosmetic product SKII everyday coz and the liquid color is yellow, not that white. She is stupidly pouring back too much water and make me know her touching my SKII. I have another bottle SKII toner she didn’t touch it. I am so disappointed about their behavior. No integrity is not appreciated. By the way, the location is too noisy because close to freeway. The noisy sounds came from door, not from window. The hotel is clean coz they remodeled but dirty hand of the employee is not a good service to customers. I won’t stay again in this hotel.😅 it was pretty unhappy experience. I don’t have any evidences so I didn’t say and complain about it. If customers really stay this hotel, I highly recommend you all lock it out all stuffs if the things are a little expensive.

Staff ignored my request for side-by-side rooms when I requested them 1 month ahead. I'm 93, and my companion is 80, and I have a service dog. They assigned one room around the corner and in a cellar, and then 10 minutes later assigned the room next to the companion to a newcomer. I complained to the desk about first-come first first-served and and they said yes, and I asked about my problem, and all they could do was give me a 2nd-floor room on the same side of the building. No care about my age or request, just too bad, I also wanted the quiet side of the Motel and got the front side, which, because of the freeway right next door, was extremely loud all night long. Then there was the bathroom, no Kleenex, no soap in the shower, a shower door that would not stay shut, and the TV sound was almost non-existent. We were told that we were given an upgrade to a new room at no extra cost, but I would have preferred an old room for what we got. The external aspect of the property was very dirty, with old dirt marks, old paint, and generally not very attractive. I would rate this Motel as a 0. And oh yes, about 15% of the parking lot was covered with construction materials, taking up a lot of the dog run area. I have travelled all over the world many times, crossed this country many times, and stayed at old Motel 6s, and I would rate this as one of the worst. I'm sure there is more, but I'm out of breath.

The overwhelming noise from the freeway overpass (25-50 yards away) was awful. Our renovated room had electric outlets next to the bed with the light fixture. Except that they were never connected. We were stretching CPAP cords across the room. We appreciated dog friendly rooms, but the grassy areas were small, unconnected patches. The young man working reception was delightful. The noise was not.

The staff was wonderful. Nice place, clean. The only problem were the bed frames or boxspring was very, very squeaky, making a lot of noise no matter how you moved. We supposedly had an upgraded room. It was a nice looking room overall.

The location was perfect and the room was clean and large. The area was nice and quiet and also close to the freeway. The toilet broke in the middle of the night. The air conditioner did not work right. We could not turn it off or turn it down. The room was very cold, we put a towel over the vent so as not to freeze and we prefer cooler temperatures.
