Visiting San diego?? Come stay at my Chula Vista condo. Access to a pool, washer and dryer, two bedrooms one and a half bath with your own parking space. The patio is my favorite spot. I love making fires and watching TV.

Good value for visiting San Diego, everything is within a hour drive. Nearby grocery store and gas. The local is quite warm and there is no AC, the fans are ok but it’s not the same. Some furniture pieces are old and worn, such as carpet, need to be washed or replaced, and there is no dish washer. On the positive side, washer and dryer were great, bedrooms are clean, and host was easy to reach and communicate with. Would consider again if we come back to San Diego in the future.

Brad was a wonderful host! The place could have been a bit cleaner, but that is more the cleaning team! He was wonderful! We recommend his place to everyone!!!!
