I really enjoyed the scenery in front of the hotel and I loved the spa and the water which is so soft and good. Whenever I have time to relax, I will definitely be there again maybe for a week. However the codition of rooms are not so good as the building has constructed so far ago. Even though, it is surrounded by mountains and the air is so fresh to forget about the room's condition. I definitely recommend this hotel for relaxation.

Last I was at this hotel and Suanbo was 1987. The hotel has not been upgraded since then. Originally the Hot Springs was the attraction. Community Hot Springs were available. Now they only offer separate Hot Springs for Male and Female. In town there is a Hot Spring foot bath. Not as fun as it used to be. The Hotel Staff were excellent though.

온수가 나오지 않아서 전화했더니 계속 틀어놓고 있으라 해서 30분 정도 틀어놔야지 온수가 작동 되었음. 온돌 방이라고 해서 온돌도 해달라고 했는데 방은 계속 냉골이었고 중앙 난방이다보니 자율적으로 조정할 수도 없었음. 이불도 잘 세탁한게 맞는지 의문... 주변 숙소 찾다가 개중 괜찮아서 예약했는데 중고등학교때 갔던 수련회숙소와 흡사. 시설은 낙후되었고 얘약한다면 가능한 테라스가 있는 방으로 하는게 좋을것 같음.

1. 객실이 중앙난방인데, 우리방만 추운 방이었나봐요. 그럴 수는 있는데, 전화를 총3번(자기전 2번, 아침에 1번)이나 했으면, 방에 무슨 이상이 있는지 확인하고 조치를 취해줘야 하는거 아닌가요? 난방 가동했다...로 끝이더군요. 자는데 얼굴이 시렵더라구요, 뒤척일 때 이불 밖으로 몸이 나가면 추워서 바로 깼습니다. 밤새 웅크리고 잤더니, 아침에 몸살이 나서 힘들었습니다. 식사 후에 방의 온도계를 확인해 보니 실내온도가 21도였고, 방바닥이 완전 냉골이었습니다. 중앙난방이라 방마다 컨디션이 다를 수는 있는데...대응하는 방식하고, 정말 해당 룸 컨디션을 몰랐을지도 의심스럽습니다. 2. 노천탕 사진을 보고 혹해서 간 건데...사진하고 완전 다릅니다. 사진처럼 조경이 어울어진게 아니고 그냥 벽입니다. 가격도 수안보의 다른 호텔보다 비쌌는데, 너무 실망했고, 절대 비추입니다.

주말1박에19만원이면 저렴한 숙소는 아니죠. 그런데 룸상태가 너무 허름하고 볼품 없었어요. 그정로 룸상태면 12만원정도가 적당하다고 봅니다. 게다가 주말에는 목욕비도 추가로 지불해야하더군요. 수안보 온천물은 좋았습니다. 다음에 다시 수안보를 방문한다면 비슷한가격대의 다른 숙소를 올듯 합니다.

신축 호텔의 느낌은 아니라 어떤곳일까 하며 갔는데 너무 좋은 곳이었어요. 오래도록 유지해온 숙박시설의 느낌이 좋습니다. 깨끗하고 군더더기 없는 인테리어들이 오히려 좋았습니다. 연차가 있는 직원분들의 친절한 응대도 인상깊었습니다. 호텔과 함께 나이들어가는 직원이 있는 호텔같아서 더 마음이 갔습니다. 방은 탁트인 뷰, 정말 뜨끈한 온돌만으로도만족스럽습니다. 여기서 묵어보니 호텔방에 인테리어나 소품이나 이런것들 보다 본질의 깔끔함이랑 깨끗함 그런 분위기가 참 중요하구나 싶었고 만족했습니다. 온천이 진짜 좋아요. 탕이 크고 탕에 유리창으로 밖을 볼수 있다는것 + 노천 온천탕이 좋았습니다. 직원분께서 때때로 탕을 다니시며 물 온도 체크해서 뜨끈하게 해주시는게 좋았습니다. 식당은 정갈한 메뉴랑 집밥의 맛이라 좋았습니다. 다른 후기보면 한국도자기를 살수있다고 되어있던데 도자기 그릇을 구경하는 것도 재미있었습니다. 도자기를 구경하고 예쁜 도자기 그릇을 사서 오는 것까지 여행의 즐거움이 있었습니다.
