On beautiful wooded and flowered grounds, 15 km from Cahors and 5 km from Lalbenque with all the comforts and services, the Au Jardin de Flavie cottage is a pleasant contemporary house with spacious and bright rooms. We appreciate the modern comfort in all the rooms and the equipment made available which will delight children and parents alike, we can already see the moments of relaxation shared around the ping-pong table, table football, swing...and the swimming pool of course! without forgetting the bicycles, games for the swimming pool and so many other surprises! We love the covered terrace lined with flower beds, the terrace around the swimming pool and its pool house...and having the beds made on arrival! Joelle and André will help make your stay more enjoyable with their warm welcome and their advice on the discoveries that await you around the cottage! Contemporary house on one level with a hall leading to a laundry room (washing machine), then the living room consisting of a dining area, living room with flat screen TV and an open fitted and fully equipped kitchen. 3 bedrooms, 2 with 160 cm bed and 1 with a 140 cm bed, 1 bedroom has its own shower room + wc. Large bathroom with bath and shower, separate wc. Electric underfloor heating, wifi. Heating in supplement of 10€ per day. Enclosed grounds of approximately 5000m², closed garage, covered shelter, private swimming pool (8x4) with pool house. Compound shape swimming pool, maximum height 1.80m, minimum 1.20m + Roman stairs.
