In the somnolent, small town between Eastgate and Anderson lays this cozy 154 sqft room in our beautiful 3300 sqft home in Mt. Carmel, Ohio. We love this location because it's off the street and in its own private area. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.
It's just walking distance from a Friday night out at the Mt. Carmel Brewery. In its great location, everything you need is nearby. As far as the newly renovated room listed, you have to check it out! It also comes with a mini fridge, an electric fireplace, a microwave and a private bathroom ❀

The property was very pretty and the owner is incredibly kind! This was my first time using VRBO and she helped me with sending check in instructions through my messages. The bed and pillows were really soft and comfy (coming from a person that can’t sleep this is amazing) the only downside is not even the homeowners fault, Google Maps and Waze kept bringing us to, two different subdivision that are between Park Place. So what helped me to find it at night was remembering that Park Place is located on a hill with a tattoo shop right below it, and it’s the only house on the subdivision that has a longgg driveway!

Good Night's Sleep!

My husband and I didn't arrive until after midnight so our stay was short but Christina's accomodations were perfect! Check in was easy. The bed was super comfortable; the TV easy to figure out. The overhead fan and complimentary water in the mini fridge was a treat after a hot night at Riverbend! And the complimentary coffee was heaven in the morning. Thank you Christina!

Cool concept, would definitely choose again

Honestly was a bit hesitant about staying in a room in someone's house but this was a great experience! It was perfect for a last minute, overnight stay. The room was set up nice, bed was comfortable, private bathroom and everything was beyond clean!! The location wasn't far out and in a beautiful neighborhood. Christina was in top of the communication and even though we didn't need anything, I feel like if we did she would've be on it! I definitely recommend!!

Great place to stay

Very nice. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The only negative thing is that the room was a little on the warm side. Even with the ceiling fan on high. I always pack a small fan with me, so it wasn’t to bad. However if you are a person who gets hot easily and likes a cool space, this would not be for you. In my opinion it’s better than a hotel and if they m ever back in the area I would stay here again.
