The pictures did not depict the actual look. I was actually very nervous and quite frankly, never stayed in a hotel like this. It was more like a motel! I didn't feel safe and prayed no one broke into my car or room. Very disappointed...wanted to leave but most everything was booked. Will not recommend.

Non-smoking room smelled so much of smoke, it was burning my throat. It actually smelled like someone was actively smoking in it even though I was the only person in the room. Lighting was bad, bathroom had cigarette burns on the fixtures. There is no lobby - just a window that you interact with the attendant through. I wasn't expecting a 5-star stay, but I was expecting a basic, clean room and a common area that was safe and inviting. I will give the one staff member I interacted with credit, because he understood my complaints and offered me a full refund. I was only on the property for about an hour while I found other accommodations. I would not recommend this property.

Dirty, dingy, and dilapidated

Food particles from previous guest still in bed. Tap water not worth washing in, forget brushing your teeth.

We were staying a weekend. At the time we stayed, they were renovating. That's great. . But we had no Ice Bucket in the room and when we asked for one they had none. Of course that was not a big deal. The vending machines were out of order so no cold drinks. When I asked for extra towels, they had none. We couldn't even get towels to shower the next day. Not even a wash cloth. No cleaning staff over the weekend. I don't know if this is new or something every place is doing. No big deal but I should have been able to get clean towels. Over all it was just ok.

You get what you pay for, I was in a non smoking room and the entire room reeked of cigarettes, they ran out of towels upon check in and said they wouldn’t get anymore. Not to mention the people in the room next to me kept his door open, smoked weed and blasted music.

No coffee. No continental breakfast. Freezer defrosted overnight, leaving water on the floor and getting some personal belongings wet (staff seemed only vaguely concerned when notified of this while checking out). interior lighting quite dim. Worst Days Inn I've ever stayed in.

Although I booked the room for four nights, I checked out after just one. There was hair in the sink leftover from someone's shave; there was thick dust/dirt on the shelves where the towels were stacked; the room had a stale cigarette smell to it (possibly from prior years of smoking); the toilet seat was broken; the only pant hanger was broken; and there was a dampness to the room that the air conditioning couldn't dry out.

I did not like that the WI FI was very sporadic The TV remote did not work all the way with the TV channels, anddd the Bathroom light/fan would come on whenever it wanted to, and no tissues in the room. the rest was great

The customer service was okay . I think it's horrible when they have to come get the towels and rags that is in the wrong way. You get there so the next day if you want new ones. They have to get the ones that are already in your room and wash them and then return them to you. You don't get new ones when they take the old ones away. And then they do not come every day to get the towel and rags or when you meet them too. So I had to go and buy towels in rags . And then I had to go and wash the rags and towels from the hotel. Because they only come two days from what I was told by one of the person clean the rooms.
