Stayed in on property in July 2025. Hotel was just opened in February 2025. It is a beautiful hotel. Love the layout of the room and the beds are super comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options. We would definitely stay here again. It is easily walkable to the great American ballpark

The check-in was great and so was the staff. When we needed to something the following day, different lady. She was not as friendly. Our cleaning lady was awesome, helpful, and very friendly!! There was not enough staff to help with the breakfast on both days. I felt so bad for the woman trying to manage it and keep up. She kept going and trying the best she could!

When we got there we were informed there was a parking fee of $15 I let the clerk know that when I booked the room nothing was mentioned about the parking fee so she graciously said she would waive the fee just this time which I said since I knew nothing about it I appreciated it well we put our stuff in the room went to reds game when we got back at 11 pm my significant other couldn't get to sleep cause bed was so hard then when we went down in the morning to check out the women behind the desk said that they wouldn't be waiving anything and was very rude I told her everything that I stated here and she said we don't waive fees so instead of $15 she said since I was going to dispute the fee instead of $15 it was now $25 and I feel all the way around that was bad business on the way everything was handled
