Unacceptable being an understatement. I selected to pay at hotel. They tried to charge me anyhow. There wasn’t sufficient funds on the card I had it on the when they tried to charge me. So, I kept trying to call the hotel to confirm I had a place to stay on my trip. No one would answer. 7 calls and no answer. Yet, my hotel showed booked still. So, we showed up that night and she said my room was canceled. The app still showed I had a room and I received emails asking me to give a review for my stay. Well, here it is. The woman at the desk would not honor the price I had booked for the hotel despite explaining what had happened and the confusion. I was traveling with someone and their room was also cancelled. The woman at the desk told him that his credit card was declined. Both of us were met with zero concern for our situation and what happened. She just stated to us that we could book a room for $40 more than what we had booked it for. We ended up leaving and taking our business elsewhere. The fact that no one answers the phone and they won’t make things right when there is an error on their end is unacceptable and raised red flags. It is particularly obvious that this issue is with the hotel and probably a standard practice due to the fact that both rooms were booked through different booking apps. I would highly consider rethinking this partnership.

This property had taped up window, I saw open windows that had no screens! The lobby area had area fans cooking the area and the outside temperature was 92 degrees! There was no working air conditioning in our room! I saw a bed bug in the new room on top of the bedding! I couldn’t stay there!

A little TLC would have made the place perfect

We got to the hotel at roughly 10:30 at night. Everything went fine we walked into our room and we are actually generally really excited for what we saw. But once we got into unpacking and getting our stuff ready it just wasn't as great as we thought it was going to be. The pull-out sofa bed was absolutely dirty and disgusting like nobody's ever looked at it.. spots on the floor where it looks like it hadn't been vacuumed and cleaned and sometime. Found dirtiness and hair in the bathrooms which should not have happened. There is mold on the picture in the bathroom. The batteries and remote control are all corroded.

DONT STAY WITH THE COCKROACHES

Its disgusting there. Trashy and everything. Its creepy and sketchy. My kids were scared and they was only there 5 minutes. The energy is bad. Most of the stuff did not work. Oh and dont forget the cockroaches and other bugs ALIVE AND DEAD!!!!

Don’t waste your money

The smell in this hotel was overwhelmingly bad — strong, unpleasant, and it clung to everything, even after leaving. The room and common areas felt dirty and unkept, which made the entire stay uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the lower price

Do not stay here!

The photos on hotels.com oversell the hotel. It is in very poor condition with broken outlets, thermostats, burns and stains on the carpet, upholstery, and bedding. There was hair on the bed from a previous patron. The room was musty, and the hotel was running fans throughout the building instead of central air. We were missing needed toiletries. Shelving and other areas of the room were either broken or badly damaged. We found a fly strip/fly paper behind a mirror and noticed windows throughout the buildings vacant rooms were left open causing flies and other insects access. Needless to say, we did not stay the night and left shortly after arriving. Look elsewhere if you’re staying in the area.

Awful

The room was terrible! Lots of stuff was broken. The dresser had broken drawers, the smoke alarm was in pieces, the paneling on the wall behind the bed was broken, there was a pretty scary handprint on the curtains that I didn't see till the morning. The shampoo and conditioner samples were already used and nearly empty.

We were unable to use the aminities because the gym was flooded. The room had stains on the linens and walls and the stench was horrible. The air conditioner did not work correctly. The police were here 4 different times during our stay and we actually postponed checking in when we got to town because of all the police at the entrance. Check the google reviews. There is a reason its only a 3 star place. I wish we would have.

I didn't even stay the night, it was so dirty and there were bed bugs. I literally walked in and walked out. Then they wouldn't even offer me a refund, apparently they need it more than me, hopefully to pay for new mattresses. WARNING DON'T GO, HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY!!!!!!
