You get what you pay for. Not the cleanest, but its a cheap hotel with a 15 minute drive to Kings Island. They have a pool, and a grocery store nearby. The older white lady at the front desk definitely needed a bubble bath, she was feeling snippy with me my whole stay. But all in all, not a bad stay
The front desk lady was very kind. The room itself was unsafe. The electrical outlets were burnt, and broken. The shower/bath had dirty hair and other stuff in it and they couldn't clean it for us. They didn't give us soap for the sink. The fridge was rusty. The pull out bed was covered in crumbs and dirt. The couch cushion were ripped. We had no choice but to stay here because it was last minute and everywhere was full. will never subject my family to this place again.
There was trash all around the property and the outside building was run down. Room was nasty. My wife said something jumped on her but we couldnt find anything. They gave us 2 towels. The shower had mold in it. I found 2 bed bugs in the sheets when we woke up. I told the staff the room had bugs and their only response was "okay" they wernt shocked or anything. I wish I read the reviews on Google because expedia reviews were greatly misleading!
Was a slight challenge to find it since it was off the road behind another lodging place. LOVED the pool size and not as cold as so many I have been to. VERY quiet. I understand a $75 security deposit was charged to me, which I totally understand why, and I should receive a refund for that soon.

There was cigarettes and food in the sink. Walked in and could smell cigarettes looked around and in the livingroom sink was not cleaned from lasy guest. Microwave also. Went straight to front desk. Signed a paper I would not smoke in the room before check in.
Front desk was busy and did offer me to not accept the room. But it was who is going to clean the room talk between employees. Sold Out night no other rooms since the hotel is near Kings Island.

Food splattered on the fridge door, sink dirty. French fries and dirty napkins or tissue under the couch, electrical outlet broken and wires exposed, bathroom was disgusting. Was told we would get our money back to call the next day and when we did the lady said that we weren't getting our money back or are deposit and Hung up on us twice. we didn't even stay in the room! Found a syringe near the front door in the landscape area with roach repellent in it. The entire place was just old looking and disgusting and they need to fire housekeeping and front desk has a disgusting way of dealing with customers!
