Room was big and nicely laid out. There was a broken outlet near the bed and the toilet seat had a crack on it that was poorly fixed. But that didn't bother me much. Overall a good room (and more room) for the price.
Took a $75 deposit when I was never told her that’s what I was going to have to pay after paying my hotel then I get to the hotel and they have me in the wrong room switched me to another room. That was the toilet was plugged up so then they had to move to another room which the beds were staying the lamps were staying lights were not working thermometer there was not working and over all the staff was rude

Close to kingsiland unclean room bedbugs had trouble with tv and could not get ahold of anyone and a 75 dollar change that we was not told about tell after we checked in and it showed up on my mobile banking app.

This Property needs to be taken off this App, it's actually the worse property I have ever stayed in. I had to switch rooms twice due to the bugs not just one or two but literally a true infestation. I was so Disappointed I ordered a suite and the pictures online were truly a Catfish. The room looked nothing like the Suite I booked. The Receptionist was rude and seemed bothered for having to redo my room twice. My family and ai truly deserve a refund and to be so close to one of the Most amazing attractions on Ohio Kings Island the hotel was trash and needs to be torn down. Please do not book it's not worth the Money or hastle. Expedia truly disappointed me and the Hotel and their pics online does notatch the Monstrosity that it truly is
The best part was the size of the room . The condition was poor wall paper peeling off the wall stains all over the carpet. The couch had visible stains and dirt on it . With a deep cleaning and cosmetic work it could be nice.
