We stayed at Kinley for two nights and had an excellent experience! The staff was easy to communicate with and the property was updated and very clean. I appreciated being able to call the front desk for turn-down service after we spent some time getting ready for our event. Their response was efficient and quick. If we are ever in town again, we would definitely book here!

The blinds would not shut all the way so the room was way too bright for sleeping. The pillows hold air strangely so I could not get comfortable at all. It's like I was sleeping on a partially filled balloon.

We got there and they advised there was a plumbing problem and not to flush toilets until we got the all clear. We left for our show and our door would close all the way so it wouldn’t lock. They stored our luggage and asked if it was ok to just get a different room when we got back. When we got back it took another 25 min to get a key because the system wouldn’t generate a key. They did give us 2 separate $12 breakfast vouchers for the next morning which was nice. We went out to the parking garage next door the following morning and our car window was smashed in along with several other cars.
