Top floor condo! Just a short walk to OTR, Fountain Square, and the Stadiums!
Light and airy, top floor condo in the heart of it all. Located directly on the Cincinnati streetcar circuit, just a half block from the Aronoff Center, or a short walk to all the entertainment in Over the Rhine, Fountain Square, and Downtown. Newly furnished, main living space features a huge comfy sectional with oversized ottoman, 75" TV, and ample workspace for the business traveler.
This super clean , perfect location rental met all our needs. 4 old friends in town to enjoy a football game and couldn't be more pleased with this spacious condo.
Other than the 60 steps (was disclosed prior to booking) this apartment was perfect for walking Cincinnati. The Connector (free town trolley) stop was in the block so it was easy to ride when needed. We were there in a heat wave but the bedrooms have extra AC units for comfort sleeping. I would love to say Iâd book again but my knees would say otherwise
Very clean and spacious, our kids loved the toys! Parking is right out back which is great. Walking distance to Great American Ballpark was a nice touch and a short drive to the world famous Cincinnati Zoo. Very memorable stop in our MLB ballpark tour. We slept great after a few long days. 5/5 for us.
Great location for city activities as well as easy highway access to the Cincy Open. Clean. Comfortable beds. Great shower. Helpful communication with owner. A fun dartboard too!
This was a great place to stay. The steps are a little exhausting to get to the top floor, but once there everything was absolutely great! Highly recommended.
Awesome spot downtown Cincinnati!!
Literally less then a mile to the stadiums and easy walk for food, coffee or music!!
Highly recommended for anyone to stay here.
Lovely apartment in a super convenient location. Owner was easy to communicate with. The apartment was super clean and well fitted out. Definitely recommend. But do be aware it is a lot of stairs!
This top floor apartment is an ideal location for visiting downtown Cincinnati. We walked to the ballpark, Findlay Market, the Peter in Chains basilica, many restaurants and the grocery store. My husband signed up for a week long pass at the YMCA, and enjoyed working out there every day.The zoo is a quick 10-minute Uber drive, and a must see. This 2 bedroom unit is very well insulated from the noise of the city. The owners are doing some nice renovations, including flooring and a new kitchen, and were very responsive and always available. The beds are comfortable, and the tvs are giant and very nice. We had our dog with us, and there are a lot of stairs (60!) to go up and down multiple times a day, but that was part of the experience. If you're a bookworm like me, you'll love the huge bookstore right next door. We really enjoyed our stay here and recommend it for a great Cincinnati stay.
We had a great stay with Robbie and his wife in Cincinnati. Their communication was outstandingâquick, clear, and always helpful, which made everything so easy. The location was perfect for everything we needed, and we really appreciated their warm hospitality. Thank you for a smooth and enjoyable experience!
The pictures dont lie. The apartment is very well kept. Beds are comfy and plenty of entertainment options. The shower never got very warm, which was tough in December but otherwise a fantastic stay. We had an issue with the thermostat and the manager was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.
This was a great spot to stay and it exceeded my expectations! I stayed with my teenage son and he also loved it. We were able to walk to Kroger's, great restaurants and the ballpark. We also took an Uber to the Zoo and King's Island for a reasonable price. The bookstore and owners next door are lovely and it was a fun place to go and shop around. After running around all day we enjoyed the very comfortable sectional couch and tv. We also had fun playing ping pong and darts! It was our first visit to Cincinnati and the best part was how friendly the people were. Robby, the host was very easy to get a hold of and his instructions were very simple to access. We will definitely be back, thank you so much!
We really enjoyed staying in this condo. Itâs very close to the stadium and OTR. The condo
Is very clean and spacious. The beds were really comfortable. The location canât be beat.
The only downsides were parking and stairs but we figured out the parking app and we got good exercise walking the steps.
Great place to stay in Cincy. Highly recommend.
The communication was very easy with Robby and he fulfilled all of our requests. The unit was spacious. The beds were super comfortable, however the pillows could have been better. The only downside of the stay was the traffic noise. There was consistent traffic noise well past 3:00am. So if you are a light sleeper bring some ear plugs. We walked all over downtown and it was really easy to get to places. We had a fabulous time.
Great condo, easy proximity to downtown, easy walking distance to most things (I walked to and from a conference at the Duke center in about 10 minutes). Yes you have to walk up some stairs to get to the top floor- but if youâre in any kind of shape itâs not bad at all.
Only problem was trying to find location. Some nice man that lived around that location helped us out. No address was e-mailed just it was between bookstore and nail salon.
Parking was a pain in the butt for apartment. Did love the location! Everything was walking distance from apartment. We loved to walk, Did use the streetcar for food tour and that was close to apartment but didn't use because we love to walk. When we did use the streetcar for the food tour the street people also used it because it's free and was always asking us for money. Be aware! No problems with apartment just location. Clean and had everything we needed and more.
