Good stay

Overall, a good stay. Staff was super friendly at check in and check out. Room was clean. The room was cool, but a little humid (but it's super hot and humid outside right now, so I'm sure that contributed.

We only stayed one night but we really enjoyed it! Hotel was cute, clean, and staff was friendly. Check in and check out was easy. Beds were extremely comfortable and rooms were spacious!

Great location and the restaurant’s food was amazing!! They staff was very friendly and the check in process was very quick. While I don’t overnight in Cincinnati often, I will certainly keep this place in mind when I return.

The room was clean and comfortable. We booked the hotel as a family of four. The room only had a set of towels for 2. When we asked for more instead of giving us more they removed the others and left 2 new sets. The pool was also rather cold. On 2 occasions that we went swimming (those that could handle the cold) we had to call the front desk for towels. It was not their fault, but the fire alarm went off at 5:30 am. I was disappointed in the lack of communication from the hotel. I would have expected that there would be an announcement when we went back in or something to let us know what happened. I did like that they had a customized site seeing map which was helpful.

My pleasant hotel stay

The stay was great. The breakfast was good and the comfort of the bed; felt like home. The kindness of the staff and beauty of the hotel was excellent. If I ever come back to Cincinnati, and don’t stay with family, I would love to stay at Voco The Clair again😊.

Almost 5 stars

We would have had a 5 star stay but we couldn’t adjust the thermostat. Our teeth were chattering it was so cold. There were also a couple things that didn’t work in the room. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We also were greeted with a smile which so many places are lacking these days.

Property had nice decor. Water dispenser in hall was nice. No hot water in shower, no soap in shower after first day. Restaurant closed early. Lockbox wasnt operational. Did not replace face cloths after room was serviced. Breakfast was buffet only.Overall dirty.

This is my second time staying at Voco the Clair, and I'll definitely be back. The location is great, front desk staff is wonderful, and it's both clean and quiet. The only downside is the parking garage is a little difficult to get into if using GPS, especially when it's busier with street traffic.

Would book again!

Clean rooms, comfy beds and pillows, easily adjustable temperature, friendly staff, and delicious dinner and takeaway morning coffee will have us booking this hotel again if we're ever in the area. Easy in- and- out adjacent parking (no waiting and tipping a valet!) was a bonus. Although Cincy definitely has some rough spots we felt very safe at this hotel in a walkable area.
