Set in the beautiful and famous village of Bibury in the heart of the Cotswolds, Swallows Nest is a private, spacious and romantic bolt hole for two.. Ground Floor:

Open plan living space.

Bedroom: Super Kingsize (6ft) Bed Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included (1st October - 31st March). Front garden with patio and garden furniture. 1 small dog welcome. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Perfect for couples wanting to get away from it all, Swallows Nest has all of the comforts of home and is an ideal place to stay in all seasons for a romantic retreat. Take long leisurely walks together in the countryside pop down to the pub for lunch or cosy up in front of the log burner.

Beautifully renovated, the kitchen, dining area, snug and living area are all one open-plan space on the ground floor. With stunning scenic views from the large picture window at the back of the property, it makes for a perfect place to sit and enjoy a morning coffee. Upstairs you will find a cosy bedroom with en-suite and a lovely balcony door with steps that lead down into the garden.

Bibury is a charming, typically Cotswold village and was once described by William Morris as "the most beautiful village in England". Take a leisurely stroll along the river and see the cottages of Arlington Row that are often referred to as the most photographed and beautiful cottages in the country or visit one of the tea rooms or the trout farm.

Lovely location and super views from property.

Lovely location and super views from property. Owner very welcoming upon arrival and shared his local knowledge. We were advised how to contact if needed but then left to enjoy our stay.Close enough ( yet far enough) from the major attractions in the village. We completely self catered so made use of Supermarkets in Cirencester just 6 miles away as no major facilities locally. Two pubs in village. We would definitely return.

Holiday stay was great and cottage is beautiful maintained / restored and has a modern interior. It has a spacious set up in the living room and kitchen. The bedroom is light and airy with a great view on the surrounding countryside, only minor comment is that the bathroom sink is on the small side. On site parking is a plus considering the cottage is in the middle of one of the most picturesque villages of the Cotswolds which is a must to visit.

A fabulous place to relax. Beautifully appointed and close to areas of outstanding beauty in the Cotswolds. Lovely outlook on to fields from the back, and surrounded by its own mature garden.
