We had a lovely time at La Caleche. Every aspect of our stay was excellent - the host was incredibly helpful and most pleasant, she gave us useful tips and advice that enriched our stay. The garden was fabulous and the views spectacular. The attention to detail in decorating the cottage and in taking consideration of the needs of guests is most impressive and the best I have come across in my three decades of extensive global travel. We had an amazing stay at La Caleche cottage.

We had an amazing stay at La Caleche cottage. The Cottage was spacious and clean and we loved all the quirky decor around the cottage. The garden was simply stunning, filled with butterflies and birds and beautiful trees and flowers. It was a peaceful location with lots of places to walk nearby. La Caleche is a lovely barn conversion and the perfect base to explore the countryside.

La Caleche is a lovely barn conversion and the perfect base to explore the countryside. The cottage is clean and well maintained with the most beautiful garden to enjoy. Martine was so welcoming and even left us a bottle of wine to enjoy on our arrival. Cirencester is only a 10 minute drive away and is well worth a visit as well as having all the amenities you could need. Wonderful holiday!

A piece of heaven in Gloucestershire.

A piece of heaven in Gloucestershire. The location is superb and the property itself oozes charm and comfort. Local amenities are very few and far between - but Cirencester is only 5 miles away. There is however a great pub just a mile away or 10 minutes walk by footpath across a flower meadow.
