The Neighborhood:
Egret sits within the Waters Edge estate in South Cerney, part of the Cotswold Lakes. You’re surrounded by lakes, walking trails and wildlife - perfect for a morning paddle or golden hour stroll. The village has great pubs, coffee stops and local shops, and you’re only 15 minutes from Cirencester for markets, dining, and a bit of Roman charm. Think nature on your doorstep, but everything you need close by.

Getting Around:
You’re well connected but nicely tucked away. A car is handy if you want to explore further, but we’re just off a main road with a nearby bus stop (route from Cheltenham to Swindon). Kemble station is about 15 minutes away with direct trains to London Paddington.
