Villa Bea is a welcoming 3-bedroom villa located in the Cap d'Artrutx area, Menorca.

Traditional house with a more modern internal touch and a very pleasant porch.

Inside it consists of 3 double bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and en-suite bathroom and 2 with 2 single beds each and sharing a bathroom.

The villa has air conditioning in the bedrooms. Spacious and comfortable living-dining room with satellite TV, free wifi and a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and the necessary kitchenware to enjoy your stay.

The outdoor area includes a magnificent private swimming pool surrounded by lawn and a cosy garden with sun loungers. During summer evenings you can enjoy an outdoor barbecue.

Tourist tax:

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearics.

If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card, or at the accommodation reception, if it has in-person service.

For groups made up of guests between 18 and 26 years old, a refundable deposit of €150 per person is required.

During local holiday periods, the Pentecost Festival and for stays between 15 and 30 June, the refundable deposit will be €300 per person.

The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival.

The amount will be refunded after check-out, once the property inspection has been completed, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.
