Villa Noixa by Escape Home

Nice house located in the center of Cap d'Artruix. Villa in a Calssic Mediterranean style with a dining room to accommodate up to 5 people. The villa has 3 double bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom and the other two share a bathroom. Both bathrooms with bathtubs and hair dryers. In the main room there is a safe without a combination. The very well-equipped kitchen consists of an oven, electric hob., washing machine, microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker with capsules and filter coffee maker.

The living room has a TV with digital channels, free WIFI for customers, and gives access to a pleasent porch with outdoor furniture to enjoy pleasant summer evenings. The outdoor area houses a built-in barbecue overlooking the pool and a beautiful well-kept garden.

Parties and events of any kind are not allowed.

Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory security deposit for groups of young people under 26 years old. This deposit must be paid by card before arrival and will be refunded after check-out, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behavior of the group during the stay have been verified.

No pets allowed.

Tourism Tax:

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, a Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodations in the Balearic Islands.

If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.
