Villa Villino by Villa Plus

Villa Villino is in a fantastic location, a few minutes' walk from the resort's lively centre, and only 10 minutes from the largest beach in the local area. You'll have plenty of places to eat, drink and shop, as well as a great waterpark, all at your fingertips! This delightful 3 bedroom villa has a private swimming pool, as well as a smaller, shallower pool, which are gated from the house, plus a BBQ and outside dining area. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and WiFi are included.

Villa Villino is in Calan Blanes, a sought-after resort split into smaller areas, the central Strip being known as Calan Forcat. The house sits on a corner plot, 5 minutes' walk from the centre, where you'll find various shops, cafes, restaurants and a popular waterpark. There's also a choice of great beaches nearby, the nearest being the largest in the local area, 10 minutes' walk away. The former capital, Ciutadella, is a little over 3 miles away, easily reached by car, bus or taxi.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
