The entrance was disappointing — the door paint was peeling, and the area inside was very dark. The old stone stairs made carrying luggage difficult, so I wouldn’t recommend this place if you have more than one suitcase. The guesthouse itself is newly renovated, which is nice. However, during our stay, the air conditioner leaked water, causing drops to collect near our room door every few hours. The bedding also needed better cleaning, as the pillows had lipstick marks and a strong perfume smell on the blanket. On the positive side, the owner responded to our questions promptly.

We arrived late to this property due to the National Italian Rail Strike. But we were able to follow the check in instructions and we were buzzed into the building. It was just right for the night.

I had a wonderful stay at this airBNB. Suite is exceptionally clean and beautifully updated, making for a very comfortable experience. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the shuttle bus to the port, which made getting around so easy. The staff were incredibly responsive and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality—I truly appreciated it and would highly recommend to anyone!

The location is excellent right on the beach and cross road from the train station, still very quiet inside the room. Very sweet and customer oriented host, she helped us with every question we had plus found a taxi driver to the airport which we found hard to find in this town. Super clean and stylish, comfortable beds. Loved our stay.

Great location! Dining to the left and shopping to the right. Ocean across the street. I wouls give it 5 stars, but my healing back didn't appreciate the stairs to get to the room.

The room was perfect, so clean and modern with a great view! It felt very safe and cozy and we really enjoyed our stay. The host was very helpful when we reached out with general questions about our trip. The location is excellent, a view, the beach, lots of food and markets close by but not loud in the room. The bus and train station is 1 minute away it was so perfect, would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Dont judge a book by its cover!

Honestly upon my arrival the outside made me nervous. However, once we entered the actual room or reservation area i felt at ease and relax. Place looks newly renovated and everything you needed for the stay was all there. Whatever was missing and you needed Bianca provided. She was very attentive, friendly and professional. The surrounding area is great. You are walking distance from the beach, attractions, restaurants, public transport, cruise terminal you name. No need for rental. We enjoyed very much our stay and would recommend greatly.

This place is truly beautiful. The combination of old architecture and modern interior design is simply perfect—everything is stylish, functional, and thoughtfully arranged. The location is unbeatable, just two blocks from the train station and very close to the cruise port, surrounded by great restaurants and lovely areas to walk and explore. The host, Bianca, is exceptional. She replies instantly, is attentive to every detail, and her level of service goes far beyond expectations. Not only did she help us book a taxi, but she even accompanied us to the port to make sure everything went smoothly! Her kindness and dedication truly made a difference. The only thing to keep in mind is that access to the rooms is via stairs, so if you’re carrying heavy luggage, it might take some effort. Thankfully, the taxi driver helped us with our suitcases. Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect. I give it a five out of five and highly recommend it. Ciao Bianca! Grazie mille, Bella

Property is in a great location and room is immaculate. The problem is the property doesn’t have an elevator to bring up the luggage. You have to carry two flights of stairs. Other than it’s perfect.
