Above Osteno 700 m from the centre of Osteno, 7 km from the centre of Porlezza, 23 km from the centre of Lugano, in a secluded, elevated position on a slope, 700 m from the lake, 10 m from the stream, in a cul-de-sac. Private: natural state property 1'700 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees. 100 m long very narrow motor access to the grounds. Width of access road: 200 cm. Parking on the premises, public parking 300 m on the road. Grocery 500 m, supermarket 6.5 km, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop 600 m, railway station "Lugano" 24 km, pebble beach 700 m, outdoor swimming pool 6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 16.5 km, surf school 7 km, riding stable 7 km. Nearby attractions: Villa Fogazzaro Roi, Grotte di Rescia, Cascate di Begna, Menaggio, Lugano, Sighignola Balcone D'Italia. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Como. Hiking paths: Val d'Intelvi-Pigra-Alpi, Monte Crocione, San Benedetto in Val Perlana. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
