The couch also pulls out into a queen size mattress. Cable TV, dishwasher, washer and dryer. 20x20 beautiful patio with built in fireplace. Large yard with private spacious driveway. Public beach and boat ramp less than 2 miles away. Small private beach access affiliated with the property. No WiFi available. No smoking. No pets. Boat rental is available!
