I don't know if they were doing updates because the hotel had links in the Conference room during our meetings and the air didn't work well in the conference room. the bathtub handle was broken and ask for someone to come look at it but no one came. The good thing about the hotel was all the employees were very nice.

The floor i was on there was a broken pipe in the space between floors in the always that was leaking and running down and as soon as you walked out of the elevators all you did was smell mold

Checked in. NO WATER IN THE HOTEL. Had to ask for bottle water to brush our teeth. Then when the water came on, the shower leaked, spraying water on the floor. The shower door would not move. The door wouldn't larch unless it was slammed.

I rented a hot tub room and the hot tub had no hot water. I informed the desk manager and he said that he would call me maintenance but they never showed up. I asked if they could discount my room and they said that they would but I have to go through Expedia since I booked through you. The staff was very nice and willing to help discount my room. However, they said that you have to initiate that on your end because of a third party booking.

Fridge in room didn't work, room was in need of upgrade - worn furniture and pretty old shower. Bar had apparently lost their liqour license ages ago (according to the staff) so they had limited bar service.
