Water views from the dining room and back deck where you can watch the sunset and enjoy the serenely quiet neighborhood. Waterfront fire pit ready to roast marshmallows! Community playground and tennis/pickleball court just a short drive away. Minutes from Clarksville and the quaint downtown area. The home has 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs so it's a perfect set up for 2 families to share! Bunk room has a 3 person bunk (trundle option). Downstairs has a smart TV to relax in the evenings to watch your shows, and a game room with an original Nintendo with games, full-size foosball and air hockey table for those family challenges! Rental includes free WiFi.

We had a wonderful time staying at the lake. The weather was just perfect for the whole week. The house was in a nice cove and felt very private. We called it the tree house. We had a large group so we were a little crowded. We would definitely stay again with a smaller group next time!

July Weekend

The view of the cove from the deck was great and a short walk to the deck and water. The cove was shallow but we were able to dock the pontoon. The house is a short boat ride to town. It felt like we were in the woods but actually in a neighborhood. I would stay there again.

Great Lake House

We had an amazing week at the lake. The house was clean well stocked and had easy access to the water. Miles was great with communicating and answered all of my questions in a timely manner.
