The Waldsee holiday park is located in the low mountain range region of the Harz National Park, on the outskirts of the old university town of Clausthal-Zellerfeld, between Hanover and Göttingen. Clausthal-Zellerfeld is a university and administrative town as well as a nationally recognized climatic health resort and winter sports center. Here, among our rustic wooden houses, surrounded by woods and water, you will forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life. All holiday homes are cozily furnished and offer every comfort. A garden, terrace and parking lot are also at your disposal. The small and peaceful holiday park is an ideal destination for exploring the Upper Harz region or for taking long walks in the national park. Run with your four-legged friend through the fragrant forest, or romp around with your family in the snow. There is a bicycle rental service, oportunities for fishing (a fee applies) and a pool just 100 meters away. The attractive city center of this climatic health resort is within easy reach and has numerous shops and cafes as well as cultural activities: the popular Upper Harz Mining Museum, Germany's biggest wooden church, the Town Hall and a variety of concerts and theatrical performances.

Ski track for cross country is right on the park.

This house offers particularly in the cold season, a cozy living. It is suitable for up to 5 people and consists of a double room, one bedroom with bunk- and single bed, kitchen with dining area and a living room with terrace, bathroom with toilet and shower, cable or satellite TV and radio. Of course, each apartment is equipped with a fireplace / stove, emanating its warmth in the cold season. Prices include: Rent of the completely furnished house, including kitchen equipment, satellite or cable TV, water and parking for one car. A cot is available on request . We recommend that you bring own bed-, table- and kitchen linen and towels. From a 6th Person a surcharge of 5 € per person / per night applies. The visitor's tax per day of stay for children is € 0.80.

The nationally recognized climatic health resort and winter sports center Clausthal-Zellerfeld is a mountain town in the district of Goslar in Lower Saxony. It lies in the Upper Harz at an altitude between 535 m and 600 m. Lots of free-time activities and culture are to be found here. While university life and economic activity are concentrated in the Clausthal part of the town, Zellerfeld offers many establishments: the Upper Harz Miner's Market, Upper Harz Mining Museum, the Tüpke-Altar of the St. Salvatoris Church and much more. Attraction of the Clausthal part of town is the “Holly Spirit” Market Church, the biggest wooden church of Germany with it's distinctive towers. A worthwhile visit is the Buntenbock town district, a small climatic spa with no through traffic, with its beautiful surroundings and unique Harz lace-making shop. Other possibilities: sports, leisure and culture. The Harz region offers relaxation in every season, fresh air and clear waters, mountains and valleys, fields and meadows. In summer, hiking and swimming in one of the many ponds, in winter skiing and sledding on trails and paths - there is something to experience in every season. Various sports activities include: Cross country skiing trails, hiking trails, ski-roller track, climbing, tennis, horseback riding, fishing, a forest lake, indoor swimming pool and a pool with artificial waves. Together with interesting cultural events, a diverse holiday program is guaranteed. To spoil yourself with culinary delights, the Holiday Park's guesthouse offers a wide selection of food end beverages. Theme nights cannot be missing either, such as the steak dinner (many kinds of steaks), meanwhile having become well known throughout the Harz region. Forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life and gather new strength!
