This newly renovated property offers an open concept living room and a fully-equipped kitchen. On the main level, you'll find the primary bedroom, which features a king-sized bed + a private bathroom, along with another bedroom that includes a queen-sized bed + its own private bathroom. Upstairs, there are two additional spacious bedrooms + a shared full bathroom. One of the bedrooms is furnished with two queen-sized beds and a twin trundle bed, while the other room contains one queen-sized bed.
Our property features a paved carport with a ramp leading into the home, as well as a balcony off the main level that is perfect for relaxing on the couch or enjoying a cup of coffee. Additionally, the spacious backyard is fully fenced and ready for entertaining.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Please clean out the fireplace, outdoor fire pit, and grill if used. -Start a load of towels in the washing machine on the highest temperature setting.
-Please set the thermostat to the Cooling Function at 75 with fan on Auto in the Spring and Summer months, and set to 60, with heat on during Fall and Winter months
-Please advise if any beds/rooms were not used or if any damages occurred during your stay. Most importantly, please inform us 1-day prior to checkout if you intend on leaving before 10:00 am.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Host was very responsive. The home was fantastic, beautiful, comfortable, spotless and had everything one might need. The location was great. Directions to navigate Paris St since it's one way would be helpful especially at night. Thanks again for sharing your amazing home with us.
