Please Note: Lake Cle Elum is the largest of four irrigation storage reservoirs in the Yakima Basin and water levels vary significantly during the summer as water is drawn to provide irrigation for the lower valleys. The lake never goes away or dries up. Boats and watercrafts are able to access it year round however you might have to be creative in getting to the lake with a four wheel drive vehicle during late July and August.

Such a beautiful home in a very quiet and picturesque location! We were a family of 6 adults with 2 dogs and we had plenty of room. Although I was looking forward to the game room, we never actually used it because we were so busy! My only complaint is that the silicone claw pot holders are wildly inadequate! Thank you for a smooth and wonderful holiday vacation.

Beautiful home on Cle Elum reservoir. Enjoyed the great views, and spacious accommodations. Large family rooms, and multiple bedrooms for our group.A little ways down to the reservoir at this time of year to hike, but easy to drive too.My 3 year, and 1 year old grandchildren enjoyed the beach for sand play, as well as adventuring among the stumps. My older children have always enjoyed rock collecting and there was plenty of that available. We brought our paddle boards as well, and the water was pretty warm for this time of year. Coming back to the hot tub for the completion of several days.Game room was a great place to spend for family competition of ping pong.Maintenance is needed on the hot tub, cover and only half the jets were working.Sprinkler system needs some adjusting hitting the deck and windows in multiple places.Deck railing loose needs repaired, and some boards to replace. Not suited for small children without supervision.Housekeeping items. We did not have any towels downstairs, I am sure this was an oversight. We were grateful for all the beach towels to use for shower needs.We were also missing a flat sheet on the queen bed.The glass on the dining room rug and kitchen floor was the biggest concern.The kitchen was spacious and well supplied with utensils, pans and glass ware, and great appliances.Kleenex and paper napkins would have decreased T.P. and paper towel use. We had just enough T.P. For our 5 day stay. We did find sand in hot tub on arrival

Had a wonderful time. Relaxing and beautiful, with plenty of room for the 10 of us. A clumb down to the water was a daily excursion, and we enjoyed nearby hikes, such as Red Top lookout.

This location is beautiful right on the lake and the house is big enough to comfortably host large families, while still feeling cozy and comfy. Proximity to additional lakes, hikes and nearby towns was great! Just be aware, that there are so many rules and notes all throughout the property that can feel overwhelming at first. I totally understand owners wanting to protect their homes, but I found myself overthinking about every potential additonal charge (was that stain already there? Or will that be an extra charge? Did we have 1 too many bags of trash? Extra charge.) Considering the price of the listing, the cleaning fee, the deposit and the additional rental contract, it all felt just a little excessive, for a house in pretty normal condition. Couple other callouts--there is no fire pit as listed, only a gas fire table (which was hard to use considering the wind). There are also only 5 outdoor chairs to enjoy the deck, consider bringing your own if you want to spend time outside on the property for a large group. The little bench out by the rocks was nice for star gazing at night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the house met our needs.

Great Lake Cabin Getaway

Loved our time at this spacious cabin in the woods overlooking lake cle Elum. House was great and accommodated our party perfectly. All the amenities we needed. Didn’t realize the hike up & down the rocks to get to the water but ended up being our daily exercise and adventure ;-)))). Loved the people watching too from our deck. Owners were very responsive as well.

Very Nice Overall with Minor Issues

This is a nice big house suitable for a group. The views of the lake are absolutely gorgeous. The kitchen was well stocked with every possible kind of thing you could want. The game room was very fun with ping-pong, foosball, and air hockey. The most misleading thing was that I booked the property thinking we would be able to swim in the lake right from the house, however, because of the decreased waterline there was no way To get down there. In order to swim in the lake, we would’ve had to drive over to the nearby beach where there were hundreds of cars and blasting music which could be heard from the cabin. So we decided not to. There were some minor maintenance and cleanliness issues which I have reported to the property management, and I am assuming they will be addressed before somebody else comes to rent the place. There were plenty of towels for everyone.

Beautiful Lake View

We had a wonderful stay at the Lake house with our adult children and grandchildren. The game room was great fun for everyone and the house was beautiful with a gorgeous view. It was a bit of a walk to actually get to the lake, but we did make it across the rocks one day for a little paddle boarding fun. We would definitely stay here again, it was well appointed, clean and lovely.

Great location and hosts

This house is in an amazing location, steps away from the lake with a fire pit along the shore. The lake level was down so we got to walk along the shore which was nice. The game room is a fun addition. Ipen floor plan provides lots of opportunities for everyone to hang out together. It had the best stocked kitchen as far as utensils and appliances I have ever stayed in. Overall we had a great time and would definitely return, especially in the summer!

We were a family of 3 generations from age 2-75 and we all loved this property. There was room enough for us to be together and room enough to be separate. It was better than we expected and we would definitely stay there again. There was lots for all the kids and teenagers to do and a hot tub to ease adults aches. One of my high points was to sit on the deck before anyone else was awake while I drank a cup of tea and looked at the lake. It was so peaceful!!

Comfortable cabin in a wonderful location

We visited Lakeside in the winter and much appreciated there was something to do for everyone's taste. The location allowed for beautiful walks in the snow, but, equally, we could stay comfortably inside. The property was well furnished and the property managers provided clear instructions and stayed in contact throughout the stay.

Amazing property! The house worked perfectly for our family's Christmas vacation. We would rent this again for sure! The only issue was the oven. It kept shutting off (property management responded immediately), and the burners were slow to cook, yet we made it work.

Such a great property! We got to enjoy some snow and beautiful views during our weekend stay. The rental managers are great, we have rented with them before & super appreciate the ease of the links with details provided and level of communication.
