Newly remodeled lake home with family time in mind! 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. 2 living spaces and a fully stocked kitchen! Backyard is fully decked out with a gas grill, patio seating and table, and a basketball hoop for the kids to enjoy! The front patio is set up with a beautiful new concrete gas fire pit and amazing lake views! Fun for the whole family. Lots of board games and yard games available for use. There is a golf cart available for an extra fee.

What a beautiful home! The view of the lake from the living room is fantastic. Five adults and we had everything we needed. Great location close to downtown. Be sure to visit Rookies and the Surf Ballroom.

Midcentury Magic!

This home has been completely remodeled and is wide open and spacious with tons of beds for sleeping! We loved the bright and colorful decor and you can’t beat the location and lakeviews. The hosts have thought of everything! We would highly recommend and hope to stay again in the future.

UNI girls weekend

We are a group of women who graduated from UNI several (ahem) years ago and get together a few times a year to catch up and reminisce. This house was perfect for us! Very clean and comfortable, plenty of room for all of us. We loved the decor! We enjoyed the fire pit and the view of the lake. The city of Clear Lake offered us fantastic options of venues between brewery, distillery and the surf ballroom and plenty of places to eat. We would definitely come back here!

Attention to detail

Beautiful home with an excellent view of the lake. The home was immaculately clean and so many extras - coffee/creamer, board games, books on the book shelf, outdoor games, air mattress, blankets, pillows, and sheet sets plus kids toys/games in the closet that we didn’t even see until the end of our trip. If you have time during your stay read “Stars Over Clear Lake” on the bookshelf. I didn’t get to finish it while there, so I picked it up after returning home. Excellent location to downtown - we rode our bikes down there several times during our stay to enjoy the activities, shopping and restaurant's. We also rode bikes twice around the lake. We really enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and comfortable furniture each evening. This is our 5th summer spending time in Clear Lake and the 3rd home we have rented. It offered plenty of space and activities for our family of 11 ages ranging from 5-60+. Great communication.

Family gathering

We are able to book this home for the second year in a row for our family reunion. We enjoy the cleanliness, location, and amenities. We were able to go to state park beach, went into town for ice cream, public beach, fishing, and there were so many other things to do we just didn’t have time for. We look forward to going back next year!

Absolutely amazing property

Very high standard of rental. Impeccably clean. Superb location. Lori the host provides a multitude of nice touches, such as coffee, toiletries and a well equipped kitchen. Communication with Lori was brilliant too, with lots of useful hints. Worth every penny!

The name says it all!

This was truly a retreat. The house was clean from top to bottom. It offers so many places to sit and enjoy the views. Kitchen was well stocked with the essentials. There were even a few toys for the kids to play with. The host were supper friendly and accommodating. We are booking our next trip back very soon.

Just what we needed

This was a beautiful property for our stay. We celebrated our family Thanksgiving and Christmas together. The number of bedrooms and beds was perfect for us. We loved watching the Thanksgiving Day Parade on the huge TV in the living room and we played the board games and did one of the puzzles that were available. The view was amazing and during our downtime it was just nice to curl up on the couch in a patch of sunlight and visit.

A perfect lakeside retreat

I have nothing but incredible things to say about this property. Of the many, many vrbo's I've stayed at, this is by far my favorite. The style and design is on point, the location is minutes from main street and has the most amazing view. We appreciated the two large living areas plus outdoor space for entertaining. Then, the little things, like organization in all the cabinets, multiple charging power strips, dimmable lights, many games, sound machine, plenty of towels. You can tell the owners thought about it being a rental space and it was appreciated. Already planning our next trip and will be staying here again.

Luxury on the Lake

The beautiful mid-century modern home was newly remodeled, immaculately clean and neatly organized. Our multi generational family fit nicely into the house with two levels, ample beds and bathrooms. The front of the home has a lovely couch facing the lake. The teens enjoyed the basketball hoop in the backyard. Perfect for us all!
