This hotel is overdue for some upgrades, starting with the carpets and gym. It was a very pricey room for what was offered. Supply and demand put an unfair reference for customers because I'd never pay $220 for a room like this one in a different circumstance (high demand due to PSU game).

This hotel is above average in this area. The renovations to their kitchen have made a positive difference and the food offered is fresh and quite good. The room was clean and well stocked. Staff are variable but mostly friendly and welcoming

We never had a visit from housekeeper. We had to go to the front desk to ask for coffee. Next day we had to go to the front desk to request clean towels and on day 3 there was no toilet paper left. We were told there is no housekeeper on the weekends. Will never stay here again. no housekeeping on weekends, is it that your business ?

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. Everything about the room itself was very nice. The continental breakfast was standard. Checking in took an excessive amount of time, but that was the only negative experience of my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing breakfast. Room very clean. Top notch front desk staff (gave some great local recommendations). Internet access was a little tricky to navigate at first, but got the hang of it. Looking forward to a return trip.

Too much is too much

We had a great trip and stay, the hotel is amazing friendly staff, and overall a great breakfast Only issue was the pool area as they used way too much chemicals and our eyes were burning, my husband broke out and my daughter turned red We typically stay here for every trip we go on to see Elk,
