We arrived super late after driving in from out of state and the gentlemen in the lobby that night were so wonderful and helpful and the stay just continued to be fantastic from arrival forward. Our room was super tidy with an incredible view of the lake and downtown. The hotel gym was the best I've personally seen in a hotel and there were plenty of amenities on site. I wish we we had more time to spend there tbh. I would definitely return. Both the hotel and Cleveland exceeded my expectations.

This hotel was excellent. We only stayed one night. We were in town for a concert. I would highly recommend this hotel. There were so many things to do in the area.
